Employees own their data. Full stop.
Everis only works if people trust it. Here is exactly what we collect, who sees what, and the lines we never cross.
Opt-in, always.
Every employee chooses to join, and every data stream is consented separately. Anyone can withdraw at any time, no questions asked, and their data stops being collected from that moment.
Patterns, never people.
Employers see aggregated, de-identified team data: trends, indices and projections across groups. Reports only show groups at or above a minimum group size, so no one can be singled out.
Your data stays yours.
Employers never see named individual scores or individual health data. Not stress scores, not sleep data, not screening results. There is no view, report or export that identifies a person.
Built like a clinical system.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Personal identifiers are pseudonymised, access is role-based and logged, and every access is auditable.
Health data, treated as such.
Under POPIA, health information is special personal information. We treat it that way: explicit consent, strict purpose limitation, and the higher standard of protection the law requires.
Never a stick.
Everis data is never used for performance management, discipline or hiring decisions. It exists to support people early, and that is all it is for.
