Physiology, read honestly.
Everis is built by exercise physiologists who read this kind of data every day. Here is exactly how the approach works, and what we do and do not claim.
How we read the data
Personal baselines
Each person is compared with their own baseline, not a population average. What is normal for you is what matters.
Rolling trends
We read trends over time, not single readings. One poor night of sleep is noise; a drifting baseline is a signal.
Signals plus surveys
Physiological signals are combined with validated surveys, so what the body shows is checked against what people say they feel.
Recalibrated per organisation
Models are recalibrated per organisation as data builds, so the indices reflect your people, not a generic workforce.
What we claim, and when
Everis reports risk indicators: early warning signs drawn from each person's own trends. We do not claim validated prediction accuracy from day one, and we do not promise a guaranteed return.
As historical data builds, predictive projections are introduced and checked against what actually happened. Projections are always labelled as projections.
The people behind the models
Sport and exercise science
Training load, recovery and adaptation, applied to the working week.
Physiology
Heart rate variability, sleep and stress physiology, read by people who work with it daily.
Data analysis
Trend detection, baselining and model recalibration, checked against real outcomes.
